Brief description of the project  

The material is for scientific use only.
Costs of shipment, as well as risk of loss shall be borne by the receiver.
The receiver will use the material in compliance with all applicable laws and governmental regulations.
The receiver shall not sell, distribute or transfer in any other way the material, its modifications and any information delivered by EPTB relating to the material, including but not limited to information constituting the know-how to non-affiliated third parties.
The receiver will acknowledge the support by EUPEAH and the EPTB in all publications based on the material.
The receiver of the material is aware of the fact that material with origine from non-human primates always has to be treated as infectious material. EPTB excludes any liability in the case of infection.
